As Chief Executive Officer at Nepheli Consulting LTD, a dynamic DevOps startup, I wear multiple hats in our tight-knit team of four. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving our strategic vision, I am deeply involved in the hands-on implementation of our services. I work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, actively contributing to the design and deployment of tailored DevOps solutions. My role blends leadership with technical execution, ensuring that we deliver high-impact results while fostering a culture of innovation and agility within the company.

I developed platform services and components, leveraging proficiency in Golang and experience with cloud architecture across AWS and Azure. I embedded within client scrum teams, influencing backlogs and ways of working while delivering value through an agile, iterative approach. Full lifecycle delivery, from gathering requirements to production support, with automated tests, comprehensive documentation, and debugging of complex issues both independently and through pair programming.

Specialized in the installation of bare metal applications on Kubernetes clusters and runtime environments, using provisioning tools like Ansible for efficient infrastructure setup and management, and orchestrating deployments with Jenkins and Bitbucket for smooth, reliable application rollouts.

Responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS: automating operations with Cloud Functions and provider CLI tools, managing CI/CD pipelines, creating and maintaining Dockerized environments, administering Jenkins, and scripting away repetitive manual tasks while documenting processes and best practices.

Designed, implemented, and maintained automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines. Collaborated closely with the Release Management team to troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations, improving the efficiency and reliability of the development and release processes.

Designed, implemented, and documented comprehensive test scenarios using Selenium, Node.js, and the terminal, while managing day-to-day IT operations: technical support, hardware and software maintenance, and keeping the IT infrastructure running smoothly.
